Job summary

Fox Rothschild has an opening for a mid-level or senior associate with experience in mid-market M&A ($25 million to $500 million in deal value) and venture capital. This is substantive, client-facing work: the ideal candidate will have significant exposure to sophisticated deal structures, direct client contact, and the opportunity to shape transactions.

We are looking for candidates with 4 to 6 years of corporate and transactional experience and working knowledge of corporate and partnership

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate required; must be licensed in one or more listed jurisdictions.
• Experience drafting stock and asset purchase agreements; NVCA docs familiarity.
• Ability to interact directly with clients and manage routine matters independently.
• Experience handling acquisitions/divestitures for mid-market companies; large law firm background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage in substantive, client-facing mid-market M&A work and venture deals.
• Structure transactions, coordinate with clients and counsel, and shape deals.
• Manage multiple acquisitions/divestitures for numerous companies; handle local business sales.
