You will drive synergy identification, risk assessment, and post-close execution, aligning deal value with operating plans and enterprise objectives.

The role requires guiding cross-functional teams—Finance, HR, IT, Operations, and Commercial—through Day 1 and subsequent 0–180 day

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
• Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional integrations.
• Experience with value creation and synergy delivery.
• Experience in industrial, energy, or operational environments.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute integration strategy and plans across functions.
• Lead tollgate governance and ensure alignment with deal value drivers.
• Own synergy delivery, risk management, and value realization.
• Coordinate Day 1, 0–90, and 90–180 integration plans across functions.
• Drive cadence and accountability for cross-functional integration execution.
• Manage change, communication, and stakeholder alignment throughout integrations.
