Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Senior M&A Integration Manager to drive end-to-end integration governance and value realization across acquisitions. You will lead cross-functional teams, own synergy delivery, and establish repeatable integration playbooks aligned with operational excellence.

The role requires 8+ years in M&A integration or related fields, with experience in industrial or energy environments, and a proven ability to deliver tangible business outcomes beyond task completion.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
• Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional integrations.
• Experience operating in industrial, energy, or operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration governance across acquisitions with tollgate reviews.
• Own synergy delivery and risk management across functions.
• Establish Day 1 and 0-90/90-180 integration plans.
• Drive value realization through dashboards and cadence reporting.
• Coordinate across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS.
• Develop change management and communication strategies for integrations.
