Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integrations and large-scale transformations. You will liaise with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with strategic goals.

The role requires 8–10+ years in project management with P&C insurance experience; MBA and PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook; able to create executive reports.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines and governance.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee transformation programs aligning processes, systems and teams.
• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors; manage budgets.
• Develop stakeholder communications; provide regular status updates.
• Develop documentation, governance records and decision logs.
• Drive continuous process improvements and best practices.
