Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager - M&A to lead merger and acquisition integration initiatives. You will plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale transformations across the organization, partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, on-budget outcomes.

The role requires 8-10+ years of P&C insurance experience, a business degree, and strong PM, risk management, and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years PM experience in P&C insurance.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance.
• Lead M&A integrations across cross-functional teams.
• Manage risks, milestones, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors.
• Prepare executive-level reports and updates.
• Ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Champion IOA values and drive organizational change.
