Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager - M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integrations and large transformation initiatives. You will liaison between executives, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

The role requires 8-10+ years in PM and P&C insurance, a business degree (MBA preferred), and PMP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of PM and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, and governance structures.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives, coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects aligning processes, systems, and teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and monitor milestones.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions to leadership.
