Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integration projects and large-scale transformation initiatives. You will be a key liaison between executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires 8–10+ years in project management within P&C insurance, experience leading M&A integrations, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations, organizational transformations, or large-scale enterprise initiatives preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define integration strategy, objectives, roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project scope and align with priorities.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives, coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects ensuring process and system alignment.
• Manage internal resources, external vendors, and project stakeholders.
