Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks an Integration Manager – M&A to drive planning, coordination, and execution of merger and acquisition integration initiatives across the organization.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Business, 8-10 years of P&C insurance experience, and PMP is preferred. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure on-time execution within budget, with remote and hybrid work options available in the Eastern Time Zone. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives, coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects ensuring alignment of processes, systems, teams, and objectives.
• Manage internal resources, vendors, and stakeholders for optimal support.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure milestones.
• Manage project changes and maintain stakeholder alignment and project integrity.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies to protect timelines and budgets.
• Develop communication plans and provide regular leadership updates.
• Utilize PM tools and metrics to evaluate progress and outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance records.
