Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager for M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute integration projects across the organization. You will liaise with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes aligned with strategic goals.

The role requires 8–10+ years in project management within P&C insurance, with experience in M&A integrations or large transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Define objectives, roadmaps, timelines, and governance for integrations.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee transformation projects ensuring budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors.
• Develop stakeholder communication plans and reports.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance.
• Drive alignment with leadership and business units.
