Responsibilities

• Deal Integration Planning & Execution: scope and own the finance integration plan for each transaction across LOI through Day 90 and sign-to-close.
• Day 1 Readiness & Post-Close Execution: drive Day 1 readiness and ensure onboarding without disruption to the close cycle.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication: act as a credible counterpart to finance leaders and communicate status to leadership.
• Legal Entity Lifecycle Program Management: build and run end-to-end entity setup and wind-down processes across US and international entities.
