Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an experienced IT engineer to own the technical due diligence and post‑close integration of acquired companies. You will assess IT environments, draft integration plans, close security gaps, and migrate people, devices and data onto Anthropic’s stack.

This is hands‑on work requiring coding, automation, and collaboration with Security, Legal, and Finance. Initially focused on M&A, the role expands to broader Corporate Systems projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands‑on engineer in corporate IT
• Experience administering enterprise identity and collaboration platforms
• Ability to understand unfamiliar IT environments quickly
• Track record leading cross‑team technical projects
• Comfort working autonomously with ambiguity and confidential information
• Strong communication with executives and legal teams

Responsibilities

• Lead technical IT due diligence: assess identity, apps, endpoints, infrastructure
• Identify gaps vs Anthropic security model and plan mitigations
• Define and execute technical integration plan for post‑close migrations
• Own administration, migration of people/devices/data on day one
• Collaborate with Security, Corporate Development, Legal, People, Finance
• Build a repeatable IT M&A playbook and automate with Claude
• Contribute to other Corporate Systems projects when M&A workload is light
• Explain IT posture and risk to non‑specialists
