Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an experienced IT Engineer for its Corporate Systems team to lead IT due diligence and post-acquisition integrations. You will assess acquired environments, define integration plans, and execute migrations for people, devices, and data with automation support from Claude.

You will collaborate with Security, Corporate Development, Legal, People, and Finance to close gaps and deliver reliable IT environments. Prior experience with enterprise platforms is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on engineering in corporate IT environments.
• Led end-to-end migrations or integrations with cross-functional teams.
• Experience administering Google Workspace, Slack and SSO providers via APIs.
• Knowledge of endpoint management and security concepts.
• Ability to assess unfamiliar IT environments and prioritize risk.
• Proven record of leading multi-team projects to fixed dates.
• Capable of autonomous work with confidentiality and ambiguity.
• Clear communication with executives, legal, and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical IT due diligence for potential acquisitions.
• Identify gaps and embed mitigations into integration plans.
• Define the technical integration plan and sequencing.
• Run the integration, migrate people/devices/data, retire outdated systems.
• Coordinate with Business Technology, IT Operations, Security and Legal.
• Keep stakeholders informed on IT posture during/after close.
• Build a repeatable IT M&A playbook with automation (Claude).
• Contribute to core Corporate Systems projects when workload is light.
