Job summary

A client is seeking a Finance Integration Manager to lead end-to-end integration efforts tied to mergers and acquisitions across a global footprint. You will work with acquired company finance teams and internal partners across Corporate Development, Legal, Strategic Finance, Treasury, and BU Finance.

This hands-on, analytical role thrives in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment and requires the ability to manage multiple concurrent integrations and drive measurable financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in corporate finance, FP&A, or related roles.
• Experience in cross-functional, matrix environments with stakeholder influence.
• Prior M&A or post-merger integration experience in large multinational firms.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance integration workstreams from pre-close through post-close execution for acquisitions.
• Perform deal-related financial analyses including net working capital, closing adjustments, and purchase price considerations.
• Support evaluation of target company financials, liquidity planning, and forecasting in coordination with Treasury and Finance teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate integration-related financial risks while supporting execution of integration plans.
• Drive integration project management activities, including workplan updates and executive reporting.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery of integration milestones across global stakeholders.
• Conduct ad hoc financial and operational analysis to support decision-making and integration optimization.
• Contribute to development and refinement of finance integration playbooks, tools, and standard processes.
• Support evaluation and implementation of AI-enabled tools within finance integration workflows

• Strong ownership mindset with a proactive, detail-oriented approach
• Ability to operate effectively in global, multi-time-zone environments
• Experience supporting business unit finance teams
• Prior M&A or post-merger integration experience
• Experience within large multinational organizations
• Demonstrated process improvement or operational efficiency initiatives
