Anthropic seeks a Senior Manager, M&A Finance Integration to lead the finance function in transactions from LOI through Day 1 readiness and post-close execution. You will own the end-to-end entity lifecycle for acquired entities and subsidiaries, building a repeatable playbook and template library while coordinating with Legal, Tax, and People functions.

Qualifications

10+ years in finance, accounting, or finance operations at a high-growth tech company.
Minimum 3 years running cross-functional programs in M&A integration or entity programs.
CPA or equivalent professional qualification required or highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead finance integration planning and execution across LOI, due diligence, signing, and close milestones.
Own Day 1 readiness, including bank accounts, payroll cutover, ERP and chart-of-accounts setup.
Manage end-to-end legal entity lifecycle for acquisitions and new subsidiaries.
Develop and maintain a reusable playbook and templates for future deals.
Collaborate with Legal, Tax, People, and Corporate Development to align workstreams.
Drive process automation and effective communications for stakeholders.
