Anthropic is seeking a Senior Manager, M&A Finance Integration to lead the finance function across transactions from LOI through Day 90 readiness and post-close execution. You will own the program management for the evolving legal entity footprint, scope finance workstreams, and build scalable playbooks for entity setup and wind-down across the US and international entities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 10+ years in finance, accounting, or finance operations with cross-functional programs.
• Experience in M&A integration or legal entity programs at high-growth tech companies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the finance integration program for each deal from LOI to Day 90 and post-close.
• Coordinate finance workstreams with Corporate Development, Legal, and People.
• Own end-to-end entity lifecycle: setup, migration, wind-down, playbooks, and templates.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, risk registers, and status reports for leadership.
