Job summary

Ramboll seeks a Managing or Senior Managing Consultant to support its global M&A Transactional Due Diligence practice within the Environment and Health team. The successful candidate will manage environmental due diligence projects, conduct Phase I ESAs, and assist with post-transaction integration.

You will develop proposals, lead client communications, and mentor junior staff in a collaborative, inclusive environment focused on sustainable change.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or master’s in an environmental field.
• 7+ years performing Phase I ESAs and environmental reviews.
• Experience in transactional due diligence and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage environmental due diligence projects for industrial and private equity clients.
• Lead Phase I ESAs and compliance reviews.
• Develop proposals and cost estimates, manage budgets and client communications.
• Review site investigation reports and provide remediation recommendations.
• Lead client discussions and oversee project delivery.
