Job summary

Ramboll is seeking Managing or Senior Managing Consultants to lead environmental due diligence projects, Phase I ESAs, and post-transaction integration for industrial and private equity clients. The role requires a strong background in consulting, project leadership, and regulatory compliance.

You will manage budgets, develop proposals, and coordinate client communications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in environmental discipline (geology, environmental or chemical engineering, environmental science).
• At least 7 years of experience performing Phase I ESAs and environmental compliance reviews for industrial facilities.
• Experience developing proposals and cost estimates for transactional due diligence projects, managing budgets and client communications.
• Experience in investigation and remediation of contaminated sites.
• Environmental Professional as defined by ASTM E1527-21 and knowledge of emerging contaminants, ESG, product stewardship and safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate environmental due diligence projects for industrial, private equity, and legal clients.
• Lead environmental compliance reviews of industrial facilities.
• Support clients with compliance permitting, reporting, and record-keeping.
• Develop proposals and cost estimates for transactional due diligence; manage budgets and client deliverables.
• Review site investigation reports and provide conclusions and recommendations.
• Lead client discussions and maintain strong client contact.
