Job summary
Ramboll is seeking a Managing Consultant or Senior Managing Consultant for M&A Environmental Due Diligence. The role focuses on leading environmental due diligence, Phase I ESAs, and post‑transaction support across industrial facilities.
The position offers hybrid work options in several US Northeast offices. You will join Ramboll’s Environment and Health team, with opportunities to shape client strategies, manage budgets, and collaborate across a global network of experts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in environmental discipline.
- 7+ years of Phase I ESAs and environmental reviews experience.
- Experience developing proposals and managing budgets.
- Experience in contaminated site investigations and remediation.
- Knowledge of ESG, product stewardship, and safety regulations is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate environmental due diligence projects for clients.
- Oversee environmental compliance reviews of facilities.
- Support permitting, reporting, and record keeping.
- Develop proposals and cost estimates for due diligence.
- Review site investigation reports and provide conclusions.
- Lead client discussions and maintain relationships.
