Job summary

Ramboll is seeking candidates for Managing or Senior Managing Consultant roles to support our global M&A Transactional Due Diligence practice. The successful candidates will have a background in consulting with significant experience in managing Phase I ESAs, environmental compliance reviews, and complex due diligence projects.

You will lead client interactions, develop proposals and cost estimates, manage budgets, and coordinate environmental due diligence for industrial and private equity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in an environmental discipline (geology, environmental/chemical engineering, environmental science).
• At least 7 years of experience performing Phase I ESAs and environmental compliance reviews for various industrial facilities.
• Experience developing proposals and cost estimates for transactional due diligence and managing budgets and client communications.
• Experience in analyzing investigation and remediation of contaminated sites.
• Experience in multi-media compliance support.
• Environmental Professional as defined by ASTM E1527-21.
• Proven ability to perform Phase I ESAs and compliance reviews of complex sites.
• Knowledge of emerging contaminants, ESG, product stewardship, safety, health and safety, PSM, DOT, and international regulations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate environmental due diligence projects for industrial, private equity, and legal clients.
• Manage and assist with environmental compliance reviews of industrial facilities.
• Support clients with compliance permitting, reporting and record keeping.
• Develop proposals and cost estimates for transactional due diligence and compliance projects, manage budgets and client deliverables.
• Review site investigation reports and provide conclusions and recommendations for additional actions.
• Lead client discussions and maintain strong client contact.
