Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a Managing Consultant or Senior Managing Consultant in Environmental Due Diligence to support our global M&A Transactional Due Diligence practice. You will manage complex due diligence projects, conduct Phase I ESAs, and assist clients with post-transaction integration.

The ideal candidate brings a consulting background with 7+ years of ESA experience, strong proposal and budget management skills, and demonstrated capability in client communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in an environmental discipline.
• At least 7 years’ experience in Phase I ESAs and environmental compliance reviews.
• Experience developing proposals, cost estimates, and managing budgets.
• Experience in investigation and remediation of contaminated sites.
• Experience in multi-media compliance support.
• Environmental Professional as defined by the ASTM E1527-21 Standard.
• Knowledge of emerging contaminants, ESG, product stewardship and safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate environmental due diligence projects for industrial, private equity, and legal clients.
• Lead environmental compliance reviews of facilities.
• Support clients with permitting, reporting, and record keeping.
• Develop proposals and cost estimates for transactional due diligence and compliance projects.
• Review site investigation reports and provide conclusions and recommendations.
• Lead client communications and discussions.
