Job summary

Ramboll seeks Managing Consultant or Senior Managing Consultant to lead environmental due diligence for transactional matters. You will oversee Phase I ESAs, environmental compliance reviews, and post‑transaction integration with industrial and PE clients, coordinating teams across projects and budgets.

Bring 7+ years’ experience, a relevant environmental degree, and strong proposal development and client‑facing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant environmental discipline (e.g., geology, environmental or chemical engineering, environmental science)
• 7+ years of experience performing Phase I ESAs and environmental compliance reviews for industrial facilities
• Experience developing proposals and cost estimates, managing budgets, and client communications
• Experience in analysis of investigation and remediation of contaminated sites
• Experience in multi‑media compliance support
• An Environmental Professional as defined by ASTM E1527-21; Phase I ESAs and compliance reviews expertise

Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating environmental due diligence projects for industrial, private equity, and legal clients
• Managing environmental compliance reviews of industrial facilities
• Supporting clients with compliance permitting, reporting and record keeping
• Developing proposals and cost estimates for transactional due diligence and compliance projects, managing budgets and client deliverables
• Reviewing site investigation reports and providing conclusions and recommendations
• Leading client discussions and maintaining strong client contact
