Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a Managing or Senior Managing Consultant to support its global M&A Transactional Due Diligence practice in the US, with a preference for Northeast offices including Boston. The role involves leading complex environmental due diligence projects, Phase I ESAs, and post-transaction support.

Candidates should have a consulting background with 7+ years of relevant experience and a degree in an environmental discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in environmental discipline (geology, environmental or chemical engineering, environmental science).
• At least 7 years of Phase I ESAs and environmental compliance reviews experience.
• Experience developing proposals and cost estimates for transactional due diligence.
• Experience in analysis of investigation and remediation of contaminated sites.
• Environmental Professional as defined by the ASTM E1527-21.
• Knowledge of emerging contaminants, ESG, and safety regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate environmental due diligence projects for industrial and PE clients.
• Lead environmental compliance reviews of industrial facilities.
• Develop proposals, cost estimates, budgets, and manage client communications.
• Review site investigation reports and provide conclusions and recommendations.
• Lead client discussions and maintain active engagement with stakeholders.
• Support post-transaction integration efforts where needed.
