Outcomes in West Des Moines, IA seeks an experienced Director of Mergers & Acquisitions to drive growth through acquisitions and strategic investments. You will lead financial and strategic analyses, due diligence, and integration planning while partnering with executive leadership across functions.

The ideal candidate brings strong financial modeling, executive presence, and the ability to manage complex deals from evaluation through close and post-close integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 7+ years in corporate development or related M&A field.
• Experience leading M&A from evaluation through closing.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience coordinating due diligence with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead M&A strategy and deal evaluation with executive leadership.
• Build and maintain financial models and valuations.
• Coordinate cross-functional due diligence and deal execution.
• Support negotiations of transaction terms with leadership and legal.
• Develop integration plans and Day 1 readiness.
• Track synergies and integration milestones post-close.
• Present recommendations to senior executives.
• Manage relationships with external advisors (bankers, attorneys).
