Harris Computer, the largest operating group of Constellation Software, is seeking a Hands-On Senior Executive in Corporate Development for a remote, part-time engagement. You will lead M&A outreach, identify targets, and help build a high-value pipeline.

You will engage founders and senior leaders, build trust, and position Harris as the partner of choice for acquisitions, delivering strategic transactions with autonomy and accountability in a highly self-managed environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on financial and business experience in fast-paced, high-performing environments.
• Fluent in discussing the M&A process, valuations, and exiting a business.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills with founders and senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop the M&A pipeline by identifying software company targets aligned with investment goals.
• Initiate relationships with founders and senior leadership to position Harris as partner of choice.
• Advance and close acquisitions while maintaining credible long-term relationships.
• Utilize Harris CRM to track activities, notes, and data for pipeline management.
