You will develop and advance the M&A pipeline, leveraging credibility and strong communication to close high-value opportunities while working in a highly autonomous, flexible, remote role.

• Substantial hands-on financial and business experience in fast-paced, high-performing work environments.
• Fluent in discussing the M&A process, valuations, and exiting a business; comfortable with founders and senior executives.
• Excellent relationship-building and listening skills; credible, trusted partner.
• Natural ability to connect with people in casual interactions to foster opportunities.
• Efficient research and outreach: profile, assess, and interpret a company quickly.
