Coinbase is seeking a Senior Manager for Corporate Development to shape inorganic growth and lead end-to-end M&A transactions, strategic investments, and market landscaping. You will partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities that advance Coinbase's mission and build relationships across the crypto ecosystem.

We expect 8+ years in related fields and a BA/BS, with a track record of delivering business-ready outputs and integrating cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in investment banking, top tier management consulting, corporate development, strategic finance, private equity, or venture capital.
• Proven track record of leading M&A or strategic investment transactions end-to-end, including financial modeling, due diligence, and deal structuring.
• Bachelor's degree with deep intellectual curiosity for crypto, blockchain technology, and digital assets.

Responsabilités

• Lead execution of mergers and acquisitions and strategic investments, including sourcing, financial analysis, due diligence coordination, and integration planning in partnership with senior team members.
• Conduct market research and synthesize findings into strategic recommendations that shape company and product direction.
• Develop competitive intelligence on key players, analyzing relative strengths and weaknesses and translating insights into actionable implications for Coinbase.
• Partner with senior team members to cultivate cross-functional relationships with executives and drive high-priority strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with startups, investors, and industry participants to surface new opportunities and stay ahead of market developments.
• Strengthen Corporate Development team operations by enhancing existing processes and contributing to recruiting and developing new team members.
