Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in investment banking, top tier management consulting, corporate development, strategic finance, private equity, or venture capital.
• Proven track record leading M&A or strategic investment transactions end-to-end, including financial modeling and due diligence.
• Ability to synthesize complex market data into clear strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• BA/BS degree with deep curiosity for crypto, blockchain tech, and digital assets.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Responsabilités

• Lead execution of mergers and acquisitions and strategic investments, sourcing, financial analysis, due diligence coordination, and integration planning.
• Conduct market research and synthesize findings into strategic recommendations shaping product direction.
• Develop competitive intelligence on key players and translate insights into actionable implications for Coinbase.
• Partner with senior leadership to cultivate cross-functional relationships and drive high-priority initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with startups, investors, and industry participants to surface opportunities and stay ahead of market developments.
• Strengthen Corporate Development operations by improving processes and assisting in recruiting and development.
