Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager on the Corporate Development team to shape inorganic growth. You will lead M&A transactions, strategic investments, and market landscaping, partnering with senior leadership to identify opportunities that advance Coinbase’s mission and objectives.

You will drive deal execution end-to-end, develop competitive intelligence to inform product strategy, and build relationships across the crypto ecosystem to stay ahead of market developments.

Competenze

• 8+ years in investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, private equity, or venture capital.
• Proven track record leading M&A or strategic investments end-to-end.
• Experience in financial modeling, due diligence, and deal structuring.
• Bachelor's degree; strong interest in crypto, blockchain, and digital assets.

• As a Senior Manager on the Corporate Development team, you’ll help shape Coinbase’s inorganic growth strategy by leading the execution of M&A transactions, strategic investments, and market landscaping efforts
