Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Development Manager to lead the execution of mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and market landscaping efforts.

You will work closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities that advance Coinbase's mission and business goals. The role requires a track record of end-to-end deal execution, strong market analysis and competitive intelligence, and a passion for crypto and digital assets.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, finance, private equity, or venture capital.
• Proven track record of leading M&A or strategic investments end-to-end.
• Ability to synthesize market data into strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• BA/BS degree with deep curiosity for crypto, blockchain, and digital assets.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of mergers and acquisitions and strategic investments end-to-end.
• Conduct market research and synthesize findings into strategic recommendations for product direction.
• Develop competitive intelligence and translate insights into actionable implications for Coinbase.
• Partner with executives to drive high-priority strategic initiatives and cross-functional relationships.
• Build relationships with startups, investors, and industry participants to surface new opportunities.
• Strengthen Corporate Development operations by improving processes and supporting team growth.
