Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager on the Corporate Development team to lead end-to-end M&A, strategic investments, and market landscaping, partnering with senior leadership to drive inorganic growth.

You will build competitive intelligence, shape product strategy, and nurture relationships with startups and investors, while supporting cross-functional collaboration and team development.

Formación

• 6-8 years in investment banking, top-tier consulting, corporate development, private equity or VC.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end M&A/strategic investments with modeling, due diligence and deal structuring.
• Ability to synthesize market data into clear strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• BA/BS with interest in crypto, blockchain and digital assets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end mergers, acquisitions and strategic investments sourcing, analysis, due diligence and integration planning with senior team.
• Conduct market research and translate findings into strategic recommendations for company direction.
• Develop competitive intelligence to inform product strategy and business decisions.
• Cultivate relationships with startups, investors and industry participants to surface opportunities.
• Support team operations, recruiting and development of new members.
