Job summary

Heartland Dental is seeking a Sr. Corporate Development and Affiliations Analyst to support growth through acquisitions and strategic affiliations. You will build and review financial models, coordinate due diligence, and partner with internal teams and external bankers.

The role requires collaboration across departments, strong communication, and the ability to present complex data to leadership. Remote work is acceptable with preference for Central/Eastern time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with relevant finance or strategy focus.
• Experience in investment banking or corporate development preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Corporate Development and Affiliations teams with acquisitions and partnerships to drive growth.
• Perform financial modeling and analysis of acquisition targets, including valuation.
• Manage due diligence for solo affiliations and large-group acquisitions.
• Lead presentation of opportunities to senior leadership and the board.
