Job summary

Star Dental Partners is seeking a Corporate Development Analyst to evaluate, execute, and close acquisitions that fuel our growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Development Officer, you'll analyze opportunities, build the financial case for each deal, and help guide transactions from first look through closing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, Economics or similar field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience as an Analyst in investment banking, private equity, corporate development or related roles.
  • Strong MS Office proficiency including Excel, Word, Outlook, PPT, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluating potential acquisition opportunities.
  • Preparing investment review packages for the management team.
  • Building and maintaining Board level presentations for the Development department.
  • Conducting analysis across multiple lead generation channels to ensure appropriate investment allocation.
  • Helping coordinate due diligence.
  • Drafting value creation plans with Directors to ensure post-close success.

Star Dental Partners is seeking a Corporate Development Analyst to help evaluate, execute, and close the acquisitions that fuel our growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Development Officer, you'll work at the center of our partnership strategy, analyzing opportunities, building the financial case for each deal, and helping carry transactions from first look through closing. Few analyst roles offer this level of visibility: you'll regularly present your work to the C‑suite and our private equity sponsors and collaborate with leaders across the business. That exposure brings broad, hands‑on experience across the full M&A lifecycle, accelerated professional growth, and a direct line of sight between your work and the company's success.   • Wearing multiple hats as needed and being a team player in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, Economics or similar field required
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience as an (a) Analyst in investment banking, private equity, corporate development or direct lending, or (b) in a multi-site, business development role
  • 1 year of experience communicating with small business owners
  • Advanced with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PPT, SharePoint)
  • Required to commute to the Plano, TX office at least 4 days per week
  • Ability to maintain a full-time employment schedule of approximately 40 hours per week extended hours may be requested or required
