Job summary

Star Dental Partners is seeking a Corporate Development Analyst to evaluate, execute, and close acquisitions that fuel our growth. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, you will build the business case for deals and present to the C-suite and private equity sponsors, gaining broad exposure across the M&A lifecycle.

You will evaluate opportunities, prepare investment review packages, coordinate due diligence, and draft value creation plans with senior directors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field with finance/economics focus.
• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development or related roles.
• Experience communicating with small business owners is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PPT, SharePoint).
• Must commute to the Plano, TX office at least 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating potential acquisition opportunities.
• Preparing investment review packages for the management team.
• Building and maintaining Board level presentations for the Development department.
• Conducting analysis across multiple lead generation channels to allocate investment dollars effectively.
• Helping coordinate due diligence.
• Drafting value creation plans with Directors for post-close investments.
