Job summary

Heartland Dental LLC is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Representative to fuel inorganic growth through targeted affiliation sourcing and relationship building with doctors, owners, and intermediaries. You will participate in trade shows, manage prospect data in CRM, and work cross‑functionally to close successful partnerships.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in sales or M&A within healthcare, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 50% while pursuing

Qualifications

• At least five years of sales, consulting or M&A experience in dental or healthcare services.
• Experience working with dentist or doctor owners during ownership transitions.
• Ability to cold-call and communicate clearly with callers.
• Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Source new affiliation leads from owners, brokers, CPAs, and other channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with sources for lead generation.
• Identify key attributes of leads and qualify opportunities.
• Deliver a high volume of marketing interactions with owners and advisors.
• Meet quotas for calls and qualified leads; support profitability goals.
• Represent Heartland at trade shows and dental conferences for lead generation.
• Maintain prospect data and input into CRM; help move deals through funnel.
• Collaborate with due diligence, operations and integration teams.
