Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, consulting or M&A experience in dental or healthcare services.
• Experience working with dentist/doctor owners through ownership transitions.
• Ability to cold-call and to answer telephone calls and communicate information to callers.
• Advanced communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Source affiliation leads from owners, brokers, CPAs, and other channels.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with lead sources for ongoing generation.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and events to boost lead visibility.
• Maintain prospect information and track activity in CRM.
• Collaborate with due diligence and operations teams to close deals and ensure smooth transitions.
