Jabil in Prince George, Virginia seeks a Lead Electrical Engineer – LV Switchgear to own the electrical design, validation, and lifecycle support of low-voltage power distribution products. You will lead concepts from development through production release, aligning with customer requirements, manufacturing capabilities, and cost targets.

This role requires 10+ years in electrical engineering including 5+ in LV switchgear, strong leadership on NPIs, and deep knowledge of UL, NEC, IEEE standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (Power Systems preferred) required.
• 10+ years in electrical engineering with 5+ years in LV switchgear and power distribution.
• Proven leadership on multiple NPI programs and product launches.
• Strong knowledge of UL/NEC/IEEE standards governing LV equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Own electrical design and architecture of LV switchgear.
• Translate customer requirements into engineering specifications.
• Lead design reviews, risk assessments, and governance throughout product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with global teams and support certification activities.
• Drive DFM/DFT/DFR and VAVE initiatives.
• Oversee validation, testing, and field support.
