Job summary
Jabil in Prince George, Virginia, seeks a Lead Electrical Engineer – Low Voltage (LV) Switchgear to drive design, validation, and production release for low-voltage electrical systems. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (Power Systems preferred) and 10+ years experience.
Responsibilities
- Own LV switchgear design and architecture including protection and control.
- Translate customer requirements into engineering specifications.
- Lead protection schemes, relay settings, arc-flash mitigation.
- Drive DFx (DFM/DFT/DFR) and manufacturing readiness across sites.
- Interface with customers during design reviews and issue resolution.
- Support certification and compliance testing with NRTL bodies.
