Job summary

Mission Critical Group in the United States is seeking a Product Manager to drive strategy, standardization, and growth for LV switchgear and data center power infrastructure. You will own the product lifecycle for UL891 and UL1558 platforms, translating customer needs into scalable products.

Reporting to VP of Innovation, you will collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and sales to align strategy with operations, manage risk, and accelerate time-to-market in critical environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management or related roles in switchgear or critical power.
• Strong knowledge of UL891 switchboards and UL1558 metal‑enclosed gear.
• Deep understanding of low voltage distribution and breaker technologies.
• Experience defining standardized products and PRDs.
• Proven ability to translate customer requirements into product roadmaps.
• Excellent communication to bridge engineering, manufacturing and commercial teams.
• Willingness to travel 25–35% for customer visits and site engagements.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy for UL891/UL1558 switchgear platforms.
• Own full lifecycle from concept to retirement with sustaining engineering.
• Translate market trends into actionable product requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering to convert engineered-to-order solutions into repeatable platforms.
• Support pricing, go-to-market, and cross-functional execution.
