Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline (Master’s preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in leading technical teams
• Proven track record in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong understanding of products, solutions, and industry trends
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at various levels
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Lead all engineering activities for Low Voltage Switchgear, Switchboard and MCC offers
• Provide technical guidance to engineering team members
• Collaborate with Product owners and marketing leaders on the technical roadmap
• Develop existing and new technical competencies within the team
• Engage with cross-functional teams for technical assistance
• Evaluate the performance of engineering team members
• Act as chairman of the Offer Safety Committee
