Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 5 years of luxury retail leadership, managing high-volume stores.
• Strong ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead store performance across sales, profitability, and productivity.
• Develop store strategies with regional leadership and translate priorities into actions.
• Analyze KPIs, traffic, and inventory to drive sustainable results.
• Champion client experiences, clienteling, and CRM excellence.
• Recruit and develop high-performing store teams.
• Ensure policy, payroll, inventory, and loss prevention compliance.
