You will process shipments, manage stock, and assist with merchandising while upholding brand standards and loss-prevention guidelines. Flexible scheduling is required for peak retail periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail service.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Familiarity with cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, POS).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media in policy.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests, and collaborate with team or management.
