Coach is a global fashion house headquartered in New York. The Sales Support Associate role helps drive store success and efficiency by delivering exceptional customer service at the cash wrap and maintaining a well-stocked, organized sales floor.

Responsibilities include warmly welcoming clients, operating POS systems, organizing shipments, and supporting stockroom and merchandising efforts while upholding brand standards and loss-prevention guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably luxury retail services.
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market awareness.
• Experience with cash registers, basic computer skills, and POS devices.
• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability in a fast-paced setting.
• Clear communication and outstanding customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement locally.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap, and handle cash in compliance with policy.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish floor, and perform visual merchandising updates.
