Coach is a global fashion house known for luxury retail excellence. We seek a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet sales goals, and support daily store operations.

This role blends luxury service with omni-channel selling and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue. Key responsibilities include brand representation, clienteling, cross-selling, and using mobile POS to capture data.

Qualifications

Experience in luxury retail preferred with knowledge of fashion trends.
Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
Ability to build client relationships and leverage clienteling data.
Strong English communication skills.
Familiarity with live‑stream shopping or video demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as brand ambassador and uphold style/service standards.
Provide personalized styling and product expertise to drive sales.
Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
Handle transactions, returns, exchanges, and online pickups efficiently.
Support inventory movement, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
Collaborate with teammates and participate in brand initiatives and training.
