Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in luxury retail sales
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Comfortable with POS, CRM, and MS Office
• Physically able to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for long periods
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, events, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals and KPIs
