Vince is seeking a highly motivated, luxury-minded Sales Supervisor who leads with selling and elevates every client interaction. You will manage your client book and consistently exceed sales goals while embodying luxury service standards and deep product knowledge.

You are a top performer with energy, expertise, and a passion for the Vince brand, setting the tone for the store and supporting operations, including POS and merchandising.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail sales, preferably luxury environments.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Team player in a collaborative environment.
• Strong communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Builds client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, referrals).
• Turns client interactions into selling opportunities with product knowledge.
• Converts walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement.
• Models best-in-class selling and clienteling behaviors on the floor.
• Supports store operations including POS, merchandising, and inventory.
