Job summary

Casa Cipriani is seeking an experienced Lead Concierge to oversee the Concierge and Guest Relations experience for members and hotel guests in New York. You will drive anticipatory, highly personalized service, manage VIP itineraries, and coordinate transportation, reservations, and exclusive experiences with discretion and warmth.

The role requires leadership, deep NYC dining and lifestyle knowledge, and strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of concierge, guest relations, front office or luxury hospitality experience; leadership preferred.
• Experience in a luxury hotel, private club, or high-end property preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily concierge operations for members, hotel guests, VIPs and internal teams.
• Provide proactive, personalized recommendations across reservations, transportation, dining, and experiences.
• Oversee VIP lists, itineraries, preferences, and service history; ensure accurate communications.
• Coordinate complex requests including exclusive restaurant reservations, events and travel.
• Mentor and train Concierge and Guest Relations teams; ensure adherence to service standards.
