Exclusive Resorts Llc seeks a detail-oriented Concierge to craft exceptional experiences for members. You will coordinate itineraries, handle pre-arrival requests, and communicate with members and suppliers to meet expectations.

You are the local representative, with in-depth destination knowledge, and must demonstrate strong communication, judgment, and multitasking skills to deliver unforgettable vacations.

Qualifications

• Previous concierge experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan itinerary and reservations for arriving members.
• Respond to member inquiries within 24 hours and handle pre-arrival groceries/site deliveries.
• Be the local representative with destination knowledge for Exclusive Resorts.
• Provide orientation to residences and explain services to members on arrival.
• Coordinate special events and tours for prospective or current members.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure adherence to company rules.
