As Lead Member Experience Concierge, you will champion service excellence, mentor a hospitality-focused team, and embody a culture built on trust and exceptional guest experiences.

You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure seamless member engagement, detailed explanations of services, and a welcoming environment that reflects our luxury

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in luxury wellness or members club.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with health and wellness settings.
• Professional appearance appropriate for luxury service.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and create a positive first impression.
• Explain club services, amenities, and wellness programs.
• Assist with reservations, bookings, and special requests.
• Mentor and develop a hospitality-focused team.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless member experience.
• Handle inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Support member orientations and tours.
• Maintain club ambiance, cleanliness, and professional conduct.
