Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue in Naples, FL seeks a Customer Relationship Manager to design and execute local growth strategies for targeted client segments, leading Sales Associates to nurture long-term relationships and maximize customer lifetime value across shopping channels.

You will drive MVC retention and spend migration, deploy client development roadmaps, and analyze KPIs to inform store strategies, while championing Connect and proprietary CRM tools across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Luxury Brand Management, or equivalent.
• Proven coaching and motivation of a diverse sales team to meet goals.
• Advanced analytical skills with ability to translate dashboards into actions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high-net-worth individuals.
• Willingness to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to navigate multi-level luxury retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage Top-Tier Portfolios: design and execute MVC retention and growth.
• Drive Client Development KPIs with cross-functional marketing alignment.
• Analyze store clienteling metrics and translate data into actions.
• Lead store-wide initiatives with GM and leadership teams.
• Champion clienteling technology and train Associates on CRM tools.
• Elevate VIP experiences with elite PCR programs.
