Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously enhance the overall client experience in the boutique
• Welcome clients with warmth and sophistication, anticipating their needs at every interaction
• Build lasting relationships to become a trusted point of contact for clientele
• Develop partnerships across luxury apparel, beauty, fragrance, wellness, and lifestyle brands
• Coordinate intimate in-store activations, private events, brand collaborations, and VIP experiences
• Engage with local restaurants, hotels, hospitality businesses, and community partners to expand reach
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and boutique leadership to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Maintain an active knowledge of NYC’s luxury hospitality, dining, fashion, and cultural scenes
• Uphold the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and personalized service
